Grief Recovery Method®
The Grief Recovery Method is an evidenced-based grief support process used by Certified Grief Recovery Specialists to help heal and recover from the pain of loss.
7-Week Small Group and Individual Support Online
Schedule your Grief Recovery Method support now!
Small Group and Individual 7-week grief support is now available online via Zoom and is scheduled at mutually convenient times. For more information or to schedule your Grief Recovery Method Individual support contact Beverly at beverly@tatianashope.org.
The cost of the small group and individual support is a donation made to tatiana’s Hope. We are a nonprofit that operates solely by donations. Typical donation for the 7-week Grief Recovery Method support is $500.

Bereavement Retreats
Bereavement retreats are one-, two-, and three-day retreats set in a peaceful, loving environment. Retreats will be scheduled at various times throughout the year. For dates and locations of upcoming retreats, contact Beverly Raiford at beverly@tatianashope.org.
There is no registration fee to attend retreats. We operate as a nonprofit organization. Donations are greatly appreciated. Registration is required and space is limited.
Materials and food at retreats will be provided. If you are traveling from out of town for the retreats and need lodging, accommodations may be available at a reduced rate or no cost to you. Contact us for more information.
Support for Suicide Loss Survivors – Hope and Healing
Group Support is offered via Zoom. You are encouraged to share your video but are not required.
2021 support group will meet via ZOOM on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Central Time. Click on the REGISTER link at the top of this page to receive the Zoom meeting invitation. There is no fee to attend, however registration is required. Ongoing Encouragement
Group support is offered multiple times throughout the year. Individual support is scheduled at times mutually convenient for those needing recovery and healing. And, bereavement retreats are offered at various times throughout the year.
Grief cares not for our schedule and will “ambush” us on any given day.
